🏡 How I Work With Buyers (Ground Rules)

I’m excited to help you with your home search. To make sure we’re fully prepared and protected throughout the process, here’s how I structure things:

✅ First Showing:
If we connected though my brokerage or Zillow, I’m happy to do one initial showing under the Zillow touring agreement or a non-exclusive Buyer Representation so we can meet, make sure we’re a good fit, and get a feel for your search. 

✅ Buyer Consultation (After First Showing):
After the first showing, if you’d like to continue, I like to schedule a short Buyer Meeting to walk through the full buying process, review next steps, and answer any questions. This helps set you up for success and ensures we’re on the same page moving forward.

✅ Before Additional Showings:
Before scheduling additional property tours, I require:
1️⃣ A signed Buyer Representation Agreement — this allows me to fully represent you, protect your interests, and advocate on your behalf.
2️⃣ A current Pre-Approval Letter — so we’re only touring homes you’re qualified to purchase and ready to act when the right home comes along.
