Hey there! I’m so excited to help you find your new home — it’s one of my favorite adventures to go on with clients.
To keep things simple, smooth, and drama-free, here’s how I like to roll:
If we connected through my brokerage or Zillow, I’m happy to do one get-to-know-you showing under the Zillow touring agreement or a non-exclusive Buyer Rep.
Think of it as our “first date” — we meet, check the vibes, and see if we’re a good match for this home-hunting journey.
If you’re feeling good after the first showing (and I haven’t scared you off 😅), we’ll set up a short Buyer Meeting.
We’ll go over the full buying process, talk strategy, and make sure you feel totally confident about what’s next.
This step saves so much confusion later and sets you up for success.
Before we book additional tours, I’ll need two quick things:
1️⃣ A signed Buyer Representation Agreement — this makes it official so I can fully protect your interests and advocate like a pro on your behalf.
2️⃣ A current Pre-Approval Letter — so we’re only viewing homes that make sense for your budget and you’re ready to pounce when the perfect one appears.
Boundaries aren’t barriers — they’re bumpers to keep us from veering off course.
This process protects you, ensures you have my full attention, and positions you as a strong, confident buyer in this wild market.
I promise, it’s all designed to make the process smoother, saner, and maybe even a little fun.
